As regards the service for people with celiac disease, we are always committed to guaranteeing maximum food safety. This requires particular attention, such as avoiding cross-contamination, which can sometimes influence service times or menu choices. The girl was asked if she wanted to eat an appetizer instead of the supplì and her answer was negative (I don't see what fault we could have). For gluten-free pizza, as indicated, it is prepared using certified bases (something we have never hidden, in fact it is the first thing we want to communicate) for safety, precisely to protect those with specific needs (here too I don't see which it could be our mistake). We sincerely apologize if the timing or management of the order was not optimal and made the girl feel uncomfortable. This does not correspond to our goal, which is to make every customer satisfied and comfortable, regardless of dietary needs. We will take your feedback to improve the service and will work to ensure greater attention to these details in the future. We hope to be able to welcome you again to offer you a better experience.
