and overcooked the other was intact overcooked too. However couldn’t understand how achieved, but the white yet still uncooked?

Still magnificent view. Very friendly supervisor lady Gözde. Ordered two dishes an omelette and fried eggs . All sausages in omelette burned. Asked for two eggs sunny side up. One of the yolks broken
