I would definitely give 5 stars and that's where it all failed. Of course, the service. The business has a nice modern design and really excellent and super tasty food, plus they try to do it all at the same level. When I go back to the waiter, no one greeted me upon arrival, then the lady said that we no longer have the unit menu, that you can choose quickly. I asked for soup, which she forgot or apologized for or anything like that. Otherwise, overall, I rate the company positively. Camouflage! That is the correct name for this gastronomic unit in the center of Nové Zámky, which has been slowly but surely heading towards the bottom of the local scene since its opening. Prices go up, quality goes down. Any establishment in the area offers better cuisine, even the Mladost apprentice establishment or the canteen in Jednot. How else to evaluate the courage to offer a mixture of pork, cream, pickles, sterilized green peas, sterilized sliced mushrooms and pasta knees under the label "Znojmo"? This is simply over the line - especially for a business that is pleasantly decorated and evokes an environment intended for the local social cream. I would like to click five stars, but for a desperately bad kitchen, even one star is too much. On the other hand, the environment is pleasant to cozy, and even the shortcomings in the service are not so fundamental that Bistro Zoom will not receive at least four stars in the future.
