Many visitors say that waiters offer good croissants here. Degust delicious coffee. The staff is said to be competent here. Fine service is something that people don't like at ZUS Coffee - Paseo Outlets 2. A number of clients who use Google didn't grant this place a high rating.

I had a disappointing experience at Zus Coffee Paseo branch today April 23,2026 we decided to enter Zus Coffee to have a refreshing drink due to extreme heat outside. First, the cashier immediately told me to provide the "exact amount" because they didn’t have change, we are ordering 4 different drinks in total at parang problema ko pa kung paano ako magbabayad? Ano ang mahalaga makabenta kayo o mag turn down ng benta? Second, I was initially told that my order "Milk Tea" might take some time and asked if I was willing to wait—but after agreeing, few minutes after another guy informed that the item was actually out of stock and then he asked the other staff why she asked me if im willing to wait while my order is not available Ending We Walk out! and changed venue. The communication could definitely be improved, and the overall service felt unorganized. Having no change is not excuse.Hoping this gets addressed in the future. Service: 1

Was disappointed. The google information said their operating hours was from 10am-9pm. We went there around 7:50pm and their sign said it's already "closed". There wasn't even a sign there indicating what is their operating hours, atleast we'll know next time. They should post their operating hours and update their social media information so more people will be aware of their correct operating hours. I hope the branch manager can read all the reviews written here if they want to improve customer service.
