We frequent Zambrero in Tallaght Square. The food and the service is generally OK but we were pleasantly surprised by Louis. He served us as if we're at a Mexican restaurant not a fast food spot. Not only is he generous with the portions but takes the time to explain the difference between the sauces and gave recommendations as well. Loved it! Would go back just for that experience. Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
