I eat here fairly regularly due to my love of Mexican food and convenience close to work. The staff are often very rude and disinterested, the food is sometimes very good but I’ve also had experiences where it is below average. My visit today will likely be the last time I visit this store. For years, I have ordered Nachos with no sour cream or guacamole add salsa, corn and jalapeños. Prices on the menu have already increased a number of times, but today I was rudely told I would have to pay extra for my toppings which after years of ordering free of charge was a shock to me. Without these toppings, all I would be getting is corn chips, meat, cheese and sauce for $15! Zambrero’s Nundah need better training for their staff as I see the bad service is consistent in reviews. I think I will start driving to GYG Virginia for a better experience. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

Extremely small serving of food for the huge price that I paid at Zambrero Nundah. The customer service lady was rude and anything extra we asked, she told us that we'll be charged extra...not worth the price per serving. Service: Take out Price per person: A$40–60 Food: 2 Service: 1
