Great service and a really welcoming atmosphere! The food was delicious, everyone was super friendly, and the whole experience was lovely. Will definitely be back!

Zambrero Trinity Arcade was closed today, so I visited the Hay Street Zambrero instead. I always order a vegetarian medium classic bowl, and the difference in portion size was very noticeable. Trinity Arcade usually serves only half a scoop of beans, which I only fully realised today after ordering from Hay Street. Trinity Arcade consistently under-serves beans and vegetables, making the meal poor value for money. It feels like a waste of money compared to what is advertised. In contrast, Zambrero Hay Street provides a proper, well-portioned meal that matches expectations. Very disappointed with the Trinity Arcade outlet Food: 1 Service: 1

Charging $2 for such a small amount of guacamole feels excessive. I politely asked for a little more since the spoon wasn’t even full, and was then charged an additional $1. A bit more kindness from the staff would go a long way. Nearly $20 for a salad with a small amount of meat is hard to justify Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
