20 minutes waiting, 10 minutes to make a simple burrito and two tacos, asked countless times about what I wanted, was not told the beef mince was spicy, and when I got to the end to pay the employee did not listen when we asked for the drink 3 times and still got it wrong, do not recommend eating from Yeppoon Zambreros. I usually have great service at this store, however today I got served by a what seemed to be a new worker and it was horrendous. He was quiet and not very friendly. He seemed to have no clue what he was doing, couldn’t even tell which burrito size was which. I would have been fine if he was a little confused about things and was being friendly and apologetic. But no he was very blunt, quiet and to be quite frank rude. His coworker kept trying to help him but he didn’t seem to be taking advice on board. He could not roll the burrito by himself and put close to no guac on my burrito even when asked by his coworker to add more. His quiet unique mumbling voice was very hard to understand. I have been going to this store for years and have never had a bad experience, this particular visit changed that.
