Zanzibar is pretty near St. -Marien-Kirche. At this restaurant, try tasty schnitzels, hamburgers and steaks. In accordance with the reviewers' opinions, waiters serve good berliner here. Visitors don't highly appreciate bitter at Zanzibar.

I was really looking forward to a delicious Jägerschnitzel. I got a frozen schnitzel with a ready-made sauce from the bucket. Not recommended as a restaurant. Every snack is better. Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

We came here spontaneously on a Sunday afternoon to order something warm to eat. Even without a reservation, we were lucky and had a good selection of tables. A young lady seated us and brought us the cards. After a moment's consideration, the choice went to the schnitzel with rösti, which was also gratinated. The order was taken and everything came as requested. Once again, respect to the lady who handled the service all by herself during our stay. She was busy but well organized. She even handled somewhat informative guests skillfully. We'd love to come back. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: €10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
