It was our first time being there and it was awesome. We got unlimited wristbands and the employee cashing me out explained how everything works and even game me extra credits to the arcade since it was out first time. Wasn't busy at all and every employee was helpful and nice. Definitely will be back and they have plenty to do.

Five stars truly does not do the customer service at Zap Zone justice. I came in with a big group, and one of the young blonde female employees completely transformed our experience in the Pixel Room. She stayed with us the entire time, guided us through everything, joked around with us, and brought such an energetic, welcoming atmosphere that made the experience unforgettable. I seriously wish I had gotten her name because she deserves all the recognition, but hopefully she knows who she is. She was genuinely so fun, kind, and engaging, and our group could not stop talking about how much better she made the experience. On top of that, another employee went out of his way to help us with our tickets and made sure everyone left happy, which we really appreciated. The attractions themselves are already amazing, but it is the staff that truly makes this place stand out. You can tell the people here genuinely care about making sure guests have a great time, and it made all the difference for us.

I will never ever bring my children here ever again. They were placed into a very unsafe situation. The general managers solution to the problem was to just offer some free things thinking it would make it better.
