We were in town for a conference and found Zaranda online, near the hotel, a few days before arriving in town. Little did we know we'd be there during Houston restaurant week, able to pick from the awesome fixed price, 3-course menu! The table side prepped salad, and duck taco 1st course were delicious, as we're the Picanha and the vegetarian rice entrees. The Milhojas dessert was the perfect ending. Service was impeccable. My one star off perfect for atmosphere: only because happy chatty people in restaurants with hard surfaces can be loud. It is what it is. But don't let that deter you! Go to this restaurant! Have a great and unique experience! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4 Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $70–80

I chose Zaranda for my girlfriend and I’s two year anniversary and they did not disappoint. Food was extremely fresh and flavors were on point. Service was great, attentive and friendly.
