Usually decent service at this location but placed an online order and got here today 24MAY2026. They were dead slow. Took them almost 30 minutes to bring the order out and they forgot the drinks. The guy at the window was nice though. I’ll probably end up going to another location from now on. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

When I walked in the restaurant the staffed greeted me “Welcome to Zaxby’s” and were ready to take my order. I ordered cheddar bites and egg rolls to hold me off until dinner; since the bites are cooked to order so they asked if I would like my egg rolls fresh as well. Thank you for great service and food! Meal type: Other Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

My first time trying Zaxbys Chicken. The food wasn't fresh. The wings were overcooked and dry, and the fries were stale and they were smothered in so much salt, I couldn't even eat em.... The upside, the lobby was well maintained, their service was prompt and the tea was fresh, so there's that. Price per person: $10–20
