The Nashville hot tenders were on point! Super fast drive thru accurate order friendly staff. The peach shake was not great but I still finished it lol. Too sweet and not very peachy Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Placed a mobile order. Got there and only had 1 out of 4 drinks. No biggie. I go ask and they say we out of sprite. Ok so can I at least get the cups? The girl walks off. No cups given. Then I stand in line and ask the girl at the register for some and she gives them to me. Guess it’s my fault for not checking my food. Get home 20 minutes away and I don’t have any ranch dressing for the salad, no Mac and cheese for the kids meal, and no Mac and cheese for the side that I subbed out coleslaw for. Try to call multiple times and they won’t even pick up the phone. I get mistakes I really do. But it just seems like carelessness at this point. I hate leaving bad reviews. This place has gotten really lazy! The food was okay but my “Hot Honey Mustard wings” were dry, no hot honey mustard and they barely tasted like honey mustard. Other locations I’ve ordered from, give you extra sauce in your meal that your wings are in. Same with my husband’s Teriyaki wings, barely any teriyaki.. And as usual, they forgot items in my order. I ordered Fried Cheesecake bites with Strawberry Dipping Sauce, but got no strawberry dipping sauce. I also ordered extra Hot Honey Mustard but didn’t receive it.
