Placed a mobile order when i picked it up in the drive through noticed i was missing 2 items so i went back to the speaker to let them know the mic was not turned off and the kitchen guy proceeded to cuss saying that’s a lie that im missing those items and so on over the speaker where i can hear him. I pull to the window and the window person actually had forgotten to give me the bag. My point is turn the mic off if you’re going to be acting like that when it was a mistake on the front of your store to the customer. I spend close to $50 each visit here for my family and to be called a liar on the stores fault i will not return i did mention this to the person at the window that i could hear what what being said and advised you should turn the mic off next time. I will seek other restaurants not worth my business anymore. Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $50–100 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Recommended dishes: Wings and Things
