Went today on my lunch and got a boneless wing meal didn’t check food cause it’s normally hot and correct boneless wings was hard as a rock fries was extra salty. I threw it straight in trash not to mention I’m 7 months pregnant so when I’m craving something that’s what I want but it was an epic fail. Very disappointed Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $1–10 Food: 1 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes: Boneless Wings Zax Packz with Tater Chips

On a road trip we stopped by here around 4 pm on a Saturday. I noticed that the drive thru line moved quickly but we decided to dine in. When I came in I was nicely greeted by staff as they were exiting and told to enjoy my meal. My order was taken quickly and accurately. About 2-3 minutes after taking my order it was ready. This is the fastest I ever got my order at Zaxby’s. The food was fresh and accurate. We left satisfied. No complaints on my end. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
