Don't fall for the trap of feeling rushed to leave before you check that your order is correct, and all your food is there, because there's a 100% chance you'll be angry when you leave, if you don't. They will not answer the phone if you call the store to speak with management about their mistakes. The old lady at the window is nice though, but she will cut you off while you place your order. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $30–40 Vegetarian options: Vegetarians would love this place, because they'll forget to put the meat in the bag. Dietary restrictions: If part, or all, of your order is missing, it's because it was deemed you didn't really need it .

I came in the Zaxby's in crestwood and I waited for 10 minutes before the lady said I did not see u. I said I had a online order to pick up. She could have been a little bit nicer for making me wait. She assumed I came in with a couple of people but I had moved away from them to a to go order area but I came in alone. What's so bad is she let them order there food and pay for it as I stand to the side without her asking if I needed to order. She let them pay and sit down as I stand there waiting. She was on her phone texting and not paying me no attention until the couples food was ready she then saw me again and said are u with them. I said no my food is an online order and I been waiting for. No apologies or nothing. Other employees saw me standing there and nobody asked me for help or what I am waiting for. They all had nothing to do cause they all were on their phone texting. This was Saturday June 6th around 2 pm I say this because nobody was there. So no excuses for not helping me other than saying I looked like I belonged to with the other guest that walked in front of me. I will go back and get her name. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $30–40

Don’t even bother coming here the last several hours before the store closes. The employees think that they get to choose when to stop serving and will make every excuse in the book why they can’t serve you. Some days they just won’t answer the intercom, others they say the chicken isn’t defrosted, sometimes it’s that the fries need to defrost. Then no matter what time it is they always tell you it won’t be ready in time before they close. So some days it takes the wings 45 min to defrost and others it’s an hour and a half. Truly whatever is convenient for them to not have to do their job. Came here an hour before closing tonight and got hit with a double whammy because this evening somehow both the fries and wings had to defrost and would just happen to take the whole hour. What a joke.
