Zaxbys is across the street from where I live so my family goes often. The normals are the Kickin Chicken, Chicken Tenders and my one son liked the Asian Chicken Salad. We can't leave without Fried Cheddar Bites. Excellent place for take out or eat in. We've even have it delivered and the quality was the same. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I am beyond disgusted—not just with the food, but with the management’s complete lack of accountability. My daughter ate here two days ago and has been violently ill with food poisoning ever since. She has been unable to leave her bed, suffering from constant vomiting and severe nausea. When we contacted the restaurant to report the incident and request a refund for the meal that made her sick, their response was cold and clinical. Instead of showing concern for a customer’s health, they demanded a doctor’s note just to process a refund. It is appalling that a business would prioritize red tape over the well-being of their patrons. Expecting someone who is too sick to stand to go sit in a clinic just to prove they were poisoned by your kitchen is offensive. We will not be returning, and I strongly advise others to think twice before eating here if this is how they handle health and safety issues. Meal type: Dinner
