The customer service here is always amazing. Everyone is friendly, respectful, and makes you feel welcome as soon as you walk in. The food is always fresh, and the restaurant stays clean. Anytime I’ve had a question or a small issue with my order, they solve it quickly and without any hassle. You can tell the team really cares about their customers and works hard to make sure everyone leaves satisfied. It’s the kind of place that keeps me coming back. Great experience every time! I always have a good experience at Zaxby’s. The food is fresh, the chicken is flavorful, and the service is friendly and fast. The restaurant is clean, and my order is usually accurate. Stopped by this Zaxby's recently with the family. The food was exactly what you'd expect from Zaxby's - fresh, tasty, and hit the spot. The staff was friendly and courteous throughout our visit. The only downside was the wait. We ended up waiting almost 30 minutes for two kids' meals, which felt a bit excessive, especially since it wasn't a large order. Food: 5 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3
