My wife came through drive thru to pick up a app order. They messed up her order by shorting her the extra nibbler that she paid for. How hard is it to pay attention to the order when it is recieved. This makes the second time within a month or so that this has happened at this location. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

Haven't ever had an issue til now but horrible customer service well I should say whoever at the drive through window taking money and handing out the food has horrible customer service skills. Don't know if ill go back to this location or how long it'll take before I decide if I will. Probably better off driving a little further away to get better service Price per person: $10–20 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

This was my first ever visit to a Zaxby's. Everyone told me it would be great. The cashier was nice. We ordered at 5:29...we watched as people came and went...finally got our food at 6:19. It was busy and we expected to wait a little bit. It would have been ok...but then to top it off the food was cold and soggy. There was some unknown item in the cole slaw as pictured below. Needless to say this was the first and last time I will be going to Zaxby's. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
