They don't seem to understand the concept of extra crispy chicken nor extra crispy fries. This has happened twice now at this specific location. I was basically handed whatever chicken and fries that were readily available in the drive thru. I didn't say anything the first time it happened because, well, crap happens but today someone just blatantly ignored the request. If a request can't be accommodated, then just say so. Don't just give out whatever on the chance that a customer won't notice.

Zaxby’s is one of my favorite places to stop when I’m craving a quick, delicious meal and want some tasty fries. They are hands down my favorite fries from any fast-food restaurant. They’re perfectly seasoned, crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, and always seem to hit the spot, especially the seasoning. Every time I visit this particular Zaxby’s, not only is the staff is friendly and welcoming, and my order is prepared quickly and accurately, but I feel I’m at an actual restaurant, I appreciate how consistent the quality is from visit to visit. Whether I’m stopping in for lunch, dinner, or just a quick bite, I know I’m going to leave satisfied. Thank you, Zaxby’s, for providing great food, excellent customer service, and the best fries around. I’ll definitely be back again soon! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
