I placed a mobile order for the Villa Rica location and when I went thru the drive thru to get it. I was told that there was a wait on the mobile orders to pull around and park it would be brought out to me asap. I pulled around and parked. There were several other vehicles. I understand getting busy and getting behind. There were people getting tired of waiting and finally going in. They lady doing these orders was very nice and apologetic. However I live 20 mins out and was headed home from a hot day at the ball field. We were just ready to get home eat and chill. When I got home my loaded fries had zax sauce on them and NO chicken. With me living 20 mins out if course I had to settle and eat them anyways. Very disappointed!!! Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 3

This is about the 6th salad screw up. I order ranch for dressing, not dipping sauce. They've honestly shrunk the salads by half, and you're lucky to get bacon. Now they are measuring out cheese, to not give to much. As usual another disappointment!!!! Price per person: $20–30 Food: 1 Service: 1
