I am totally upset with Zaxbys. I don't have a long lunch so going thru the drive helps. Today I was told that they couldn't take cash in drive thru. I am not going inside on my lunch break. I will not be going there again and told people at work and they said they would not be going there also. Not sure who made that decision about no cash in drive thru, but it was a bad one. Service: 1

Food sucked, I got the traditional wings the lemon pepper at that! The wings were wet with a watery lemon season, nothing like the commercial, nasty , fried hard, just for my 9 old kid and almost 35$ for some food that wasn't worth it. We got free tenders and they were salty, I'ma stick to chick flia, where the food is much better and fresh. The customer was amazing to my surprise, and the atmosphere very crowded and business, but the food nasty and salty, the need fresh oil or something, I kept it very blunt and honest, they lost me for a customer for ever. Price per person: $30–40 Food: 1 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3
