Unprofessional service and a highly dishonest billing practice. The rude cashier processed my transaction forcing the terminal into USD instead of charging me in Euros without asking me or giving me the choice on the screen. When I noticed the mistake and confronted her, she completely denied responsibility. She casually brushed it off by saying she "doesn't remember" and said, "if it's my mistake, I may have done it," completely refusing to reverse the charge or compensate for the terrible exchange rate loss she caused. Watch your receipts very carefully here. They will convert your currency behind your back to make extra money, and the staff will not take responsibility when caught. Total lack of customer service. Attention! Attenzione!Tourist scam! We bought 2 suppli (1 Piece a 2,20 Euro) and two rather small pieces of pizza. On the bill It said "Libero" 19.90 Euro. I asked the staff lady how the price is compoused, because It seemed expensive to me. She Just Said Its the total price and Pizza pieces weigh differently so Its different prices. I was wondering that a piece of pizza could weigh the amount of 8 Euro, as 100 g were marked as between 1,90 and 2,20 Euro Something. But It was our First Pizza al taglio so i Had No Idea how heavy a piece of pizza is and left the discussion and trusted her. After that We had several more Pizza al taglio in different other places in rome with similar prices per 100 g , but e.g. paid only 4,5 for two pieces of pizza AND which is Most important, WE got a transparent bill with prices per piece and/or prices for the respective amount of pizza. Not one bill with Just the intransparent final amount Like WE got in Pizza Zaza! Very unfair, Not coming again. Service: 1 Order type: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: €10–20
