Had tickets for a play at the Tobacco Factory at 7.30pm. Thought it would be nice to have dinner beforehand. Thought Zazu's Kitchen looked lovely. Arrived at 5.40pm to be told the kitchen opens at 6pm and we could have a table and enjoy a drink on the bar first. All very nice. 6pm comes and goes and no one comes to get us for the table, just lots of staff milling around. Eventually it gets to 6.30pm. Other people are taken to their table and we're left at the bar. It's too late to eat now and make the play. Good job guys...not! Thanks for nothing!
