Spectacular Minas Gerais food. We ordered a starter of pork with guava cream. Spectacle. Dishes were the classic tropeiro beans with pork chop and stewed beef. There's no mistake, combine it with a cold beer and everything is fine. Spectacular service and high spirits. I will return when I am in Fortaleza again.
