Zeferan Sultanahmet

Zeferan Sultanahmet is an exquisite restaurant located in Istanbul that offers a unique culinary experience. The staff are professional, friendly and English-speaking, making the experience even more enjoyable.

The highlight of Zeferan Sultanahmet is its Azerbaijani cuisine. Dishes include sturgeon stuffed with walnut and pomegranate sauce, open ravioli with meat and onion, dolmades, manti, pomegranate salad, lamb in the hot iron and Shah rice. All of these dishes are freshly cooked and made with high quality ingredients. The portions are also generous and can easily feed several people.

The service at Zeferan Sultanahmet is also outstanding. Our waiter, Erol Karabas, was very helpful and attentive. He went through the entire menu with us and made sure our glasses were never empty. The chef, Ramin Nuriyev, even came to our table to make sure everything was to our liking.
