I don't know if they had an off night or something... We weren't greeted on entrance, and were ignored by the one staff member (maybe not the nomal guy?) when we asked for a menu and water, having gone up to the bar since he wasn't coming over. Then we sat for a good 10 minutes waiting to be served / acknowledged, before we cut our losses and left. Bizarre. Other patrons also visibly exasperated by the service that night.
