They serve raw fish on top of steaming, overcooked rice. What happens when you put raw fish on steaming rice? It's no longer poke and you get a lukewarm parboiled texture on your fish. Disgusting. Took a few bites and had to throw it out bc the whole dish was compromised. Also, the stingy pricing on toppings is odd to me. I guess this is a place for folks who dont like veggies and like their poke partially cooked. Wouldn't ever recommend this place to anyone. I’m so sorry for your experience. If you have time, Can you please email me at zenfishpokebar@gmail.com ? I’d like to learn more about this and make it right. We have a few new team members working currently. The rice shouldn’t be scorching hot to cook the protein and we are generous with our toppings so I’m wondering if it’s an oversight. Either way, we’re so sorry and would like to make this right.

Build your own sushi bowl style takeout. If you are looking for something light, healthier and fun go build a sushi salad at ZenFish Poke Bar. You get lots of choices in your base, (5)proteins, dressing and great toppings that will. Even though the price in $$ the choices are excellent to build your own pleasure. We all need more restaurants like this and less fast food mile high globbed up burgers and fries. Although I'm not a burger hater. If you like sushi and you like fresh crisp salad, you,ll really like Zen Fish
