DO NOT STAY HERE if you are out of town and come in really late. We drove 10 hrs to this hotel, arrived at 3am to be told that our reservation was cancelled because we didnt show. Which I called earlier that day to tell them our ETA and said it was ok. The front desk lady was EXTREMELY RUDE. I think she was sleeping in the back and I woke her. She literally wouldn't let me talk and had an attitude from the very start and didnt like when I returned the same energy. She wouldn't even give me her name. I will be calling management in the morning. I also had to call hotels.com to see if my reservation was actually cancelled and they said No. So the lady was lying and just didnt want to deal with anyone. If you hate your job, you shouldnt work there. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Service: 1

The staff is extremely helpful and kind, the rooms are clean and fresh smelling as soon as you walk in! For two people staying in a one bed room its very spacious. There are a good amount of outlets for all my electronics and the bed is very plush. I am so far very happy with my stay and would definitely come back AND recommend it to others! Service: 5

I have to say the mothers day brunch was amazing! The hotel had lost power the night before and i can say the staff went above and beyond using only a generator. The food was great! Thank you for making our mothers day so special.
