My wife and I celebrated our 20th anniversary today. We chose Zephs'. We ordered 1 appetizer. It took 1 hour for the appetizers to arrive and another 50 minutes for our main course. The appetizer was a Kimchi pancake, it was amazing, so amazing I tried to order a second one...the older guy who seemed to run the dining room told me it would not be fair to have her make a second order....I am still perplexed by this.I ordered the flank steak....this was the worst steak I had ever eaten! It was covered in an oil that I couldn't put my taste bud on.... This was my second visit here and it will be my last
