We made a reservation for dinner at Zepplins. The food was great but the service was subpar. We sat at our table for about 25 minutes waiting to be acknowledged & order. Auto- gratuity was applied. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

From the moment you walk through the door, you can tell Zeppelin takes hospitality seriously. The staff is incredibly professional, welcoming, and attentive without ever feeling overbearing. The sushi is outstanding. The fish is exceptionally fresh, and every roll is beautifully prepared with great attention to detail. You can really tell this is authentic Japanese cuisine, not just another sushi restaurant. The cocktails are equally impressive—creative, perfectly balanced, and among the best we've had in DC. A special thank you to Brian, our server. He struck the perfect balance of being attentive, knowledgeable, and friendly without hovering, making our dining experience even more enjoyable. Considering the exceptional quality of the food, drinks, and service, the prices are more than fair and offer tremendous value. Zeppelin always exceed our expectations, and we can't wait to come back. Highly recommended!
