The presentation of the dishes was really pleasant and beautifully arranged. However, I found the flavours didn’t quite live up to the presentation. The sesame latte was a little disappointing for me—it wasn’t rich enough and I was hoping for a stronger sesame aroma and flavour. The crab meat croissant was also quite oily, to the point that I could only finish not even half of it. Overall, the dishes looked lovely, but I think there is still some room to improve the balance and richness of the flavours. Finally got to check out Zero Complex for a birthday lunch after seeing it on the social feeds for a while. We had the Bibimbab, one with spicy pork and the other with Korean fried chicken. The flavors were so fresh, shiitake mushrooms, sautéed spinach, carrot, pickled cucumber, bean sprouts and rice with a dash of sesame oil. So delicious! we’re already planning to go back. The portion sizes were perfect. The owner took the time to ask if we were happy with the mealand we couldn’t be happier.
