Very hit and miss with service here. Sometimes quick and efficient, other times service is useless. Today for instance, 10 mins after paying for my coffee i noticed a large group were getting there’s even though they weren’t even in the cafe before i placed my order. Asked waitress if mine was forgotten, she said it would be there soon. At just after 20 mins after ordering i asked for my money back as i couldn’t wait any longer. They sort of indicated it was my fault because even though i showed the transaction on my phone, i couldn’t identify who served me. Not sure why their lack of organisation is my fault. I wont be in a hurry to go back. Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

I used to come here regularly for coffee and brunch, but my recent visit was disappointing.The coffee doesn’t taste the same anymore ,it feels like they’ve changed the beans and the staff and unfortunately not for the better. What concerned me the most was the hygiene. From what I observed the chef wasn’t maintaining hygiene, and there was a noticeable body odour while he was passing by. The food portions also don’t feel worth the price anymore. It also seems like they’re understaffed, and with what appears to be a change in management and mostly new staff, the overall experience has noticeably declined. It’s a shame because this used to be one of my go to spots. I hope they can improve and get back to the standard they once had. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
