Service is BAD. Got 2 americanos, asked for 2 cups of hot water on the side. They forgot, asked again, got a pot of hot water. You can’t drink from the pot! So asked for a cup again… why Manager is RUDE. The 2nd purchase in the same week, the manager cursed this time, cos I asked for 2 coffees with 2 hot water again. Zest has a good location absolutely spoiled by this Manager in the city. Other Zests in Raheen and Ballysimon have mush better service and very friendly staff! Had to grab a coffee quickly before heading to the station and got charged €4 for a regular espresso. Absolutely ridiculous. They literally just poured coffee into a cup, and the beans didn’t even taste that good. So overpriced for what? Long story short: a complete waste of money, and I’m definitely never going back there.
