The hotel itself is very nice, with elegantly designed rooms and a convenient location. Unfortunately, our experience with the reception staff was disappointing. The check-in process was extremely slow and unprofessional. Upon arrival, the staff were not even aware that we had a reservation. It took more than 20 minutes to complete the check-in process, which was frustrating after a long journey. We also asked for information about the bus schedule to Yala National Park. Instead of providing the details we requested, the staff repeatedly tried to persuade us to hire a van from the hotel. There were only two of us, so hiring a van was unnecessary. Despite this, they pushed the van option more than four times rather than helping us with the information we needed. While the hotel facilities and rooms are excellent, the reception service needs significant improvement to provide a more professional and guest-focused experience. Service: 1

Our stay at Zest Metropole was absolutely perfect. We could check in at 11.00 AM already, 3 hours before the official check in time, without asking and without extra charge. The room is absolutely gorgeous and spacious. The service of the staff is splendid. The bed was very comfortable. The location was insanely good. Highly recommended! Service: 5

Exceptional Venue for Corporate Events! We recently held our company’s annual gathering Zest Metropole, and the experience was flawless from start to finish. The banquet hall itself is excellent—spacious, beautifully maintained, and perfectly equipped for our needs. Beyond the fantastic venue, the culinary experience was outstanding. The food was absolutely delicious, and the selection of tea, coffee, cake, and refreshment drinks exceeded our expectations. What truly sets this hotel apart, however, is its team. The staff are incredibly friendly, pleasant, and attentive, ensuring every guest felt welcomed and taken care of throughout the day. Highly recommended for any high-profile corporate or social event.
