本来只是想找个简单，方便的早餐，没想到体验很好。 第一次来其实有点担心会被推销，但整个过程很轻松，教练也很耐心帮我测身体数据、讲解我的状况。早餐喝起来不会很甜，很顺口，而且喝完真的有饱足感，不会很快饿。 最让我意外的是，他们会根据我的情况给建议，而不是一套东西给每个人。 如果你也想开始调整饮食或变得更健康，真的可以来试试看。谢谢Doris的用心照顾，会继续坚持 Meal type: Breakfast Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
