Hi Clarky, We acknowledge that your visit occurred during the very early stage of our ownership and that, at the time, the shop did not have adequate glassware or table knives available. That was an operational oversight, and we apologise for the inconvenience it caused. We are also sorry that the meals were not to your taste. However, our meat was sourced, stored and prepared in accordance with our normal food-safety procedures, and our staff did not identify any issue suggesting that the food was unsafe. Your comment that the new owners should “stick to spring rolls” is a racially discriminatory remark and has no place in a legitimate review of our food or service. We welcome honest criticism and take genuine feedback seriously, but racial stereotypes directed at our team are unacceptable. We have worked hard to improve the business since this early transition period and will continue doing so. Feedback about our food and service is welcome; racism is not.
