Came here while on vacation & Titi was amazing! As a server/bartender myself I know great customer service and she excelled ! I will definitely be back here when I visit Costa Rica again! Service: 5

While in the past I used to order food from Zi Lounge and sometimes go there for some drinks, that won't happen again - mainly because of the manager. It was not the first time an order took a long time to be served and, after almost one hour waiting for a pizza (the place was empty), the manager forced me to pay for it when I clearly said I didn't want anymore because I was not willing to eat it and his response was "the pizza just arrived, pay for it" and left walking (the pizza arrived after I asked for the check and to take the pizza out of it). What a disrespectful person. Wish the place get a better manager soon. I'm not coming back neither ordering to-go / delivery anymore - there are better and kinder options around.
