the ballet as a Mother's Day treat and we
had an early meal at Zibibbo.
We started with cocktails in the bar which we waited 15 minutes for and noticed the people at the table next to us who arrived after us had their cocktails delivered while we were still waiting. It eventuated that they had received ours which was corrected with an apology to them whilst we waited another 20minutes for our cocktails which were delivered after I had been to the bar and enquired after them to which she replied I've been busy with other customers.
We received no apology and because it was a special evening made no fuss.
We went upstairs for dinner and the food was very good but the room was not preheated and it was a cold evening.
The waitress accidentally knocked a knife off our table and actually asked if we would like it back!
I would rate the food very highly but not the friendly well mannered service one would expect at those prices.
