This is a public market institution for me. My Saturday doesn't go right if I don't have a Zimmerman's sausage breakfast sandwich with mustard, onions, and Rochester hot sauce. It is so good. Open year round it could be summer or winter and it's a cute place to grab a sandwich and coffee or whatever you need. I was there a few weeks back and they gave a police officer a freebie and thanked her for service--which makes me love them even more.
