A new shop has opened on Jingu Koji. The board at the store says pork sauté. I visited for the first time after 1:00 pm on a weekday because the owner was outside and asked me if I wanted lunch, and I was invited to try the pork sauté. Pork saute lunch Lemon sour for 1200 yen I ordered 480 yen. After about 10 minutes, the dish was served, and the pork sauté went well with the sauce and was delicious, but the rice was lackluster and a little dry, and I was wondering if it was cooked enough? There's something called sesame amberjack on the dinner menu, and the owner says it's a staple in Fukuoka, like sesame mackerel. I'm looking forward to it next time.
