This definitely is the best cold soba and udon we have had. Portions are really generous. I had the cold soba and the texture was so chewy! We had the tempura with it and the batter was so light. We had their tofu sashimi as well as their tofu steak too which we really enjoyed. And there’s such a comforting combination to have their soba broth at the end. Highly recommended if you come to this part of Japan. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
