I wanted to share some feedback because I was genuinely excited to see that your Zip's invested in a Flavor Burst ice cream machine. I grew up in Oroville, Washington, where a locally owned coffee shop had a Flavor Burst machine. After that business closed, I couldn't find Flavor Burst ice cream anywhere around Spokane. When I discovered your location had one, I was thrilled and couldn't wait to bring my daughter to try it. Unfortunately, our experience wasn't what I had hoped. The cones are being served on cake cones with so much ice cream that they can't stand upright and have to be placed upside down in a cup. My daughter's cone tipped over and ended up all over her hair and onto our freshly cleaned car. I even asked for mine to be made smaller, but it was still much larger than expected and difficult to enjoy. One of the things that makes Flavor Burst special isn't just the flavor—it's the presentation. The classic tall swirl with the colorful ribbons running down the sides is part of the experience. It's nostalgic, visually appealing, and fun to eat because you can enjoy the flavored stripes all the way down the cone. I also think there's a great marketing opportunity here. Today, people love sharing unique food experiences on social media. A properly made Flavor Burst cone is exactly the kind of product people photograph and post on social media. Those posts generate excitement and bring in new customers. When the cone is too large to stand upright, has to be served upside down in a cup, and hides the colorful swirl, it loses much of what makes it so appealing. I truly believe that a little training on proper presentation your location will go locally viral and increase business! Also, the theme and decor of this location is a must see.

What an experience! Never been much of a fast food kinda guy always being a bit out of my tax bracket. But nun the less it was AAAAMazing!!! The service was spectacular got to really make friends with the staff during my stay the very incredibly nice lady (Alyssa) took my order she was super polite and helped me with my order she told me the lady in the kitchen I think her name was Allison was very well trained! And she did not disappoint! The food was spectacular the lady who took our order asked us how our meal was which made me think I was at clinker daggers for a moment LOL the inside is so nostalgic to my young days loved the food would definitely recommend Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $30–40 Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5

Went through the drive thru. Order 2 swirl cones in a cup. Worker seemed a bit frazzled, but was friendly. When ice cream was received, the cups had little to no ice cream and the cones were just set in the cups. Not overly upset by the lack of ice cream, but wishing for consistency. Usually when we order this, the cones are filled and then turned into the cups, and the cups are 3/4 full. Would just like to recieve the same thing everytime the item is ordered. Meal type: Other Price per person: $1–10
