Dismal and disappointed. Family birthday meal out. Started out with two meals and sides forgotten. Manager did apologize and comped missing meals. When those meals arrived, quality was dreadful. Salmon with no pesto or courgette and risotto tasted like feet. Chorizo carbonara with forgotten chorizo. On a plate with a sticker on it. When we asked why, explained its an allergy sticker. No allergies on our table, I would expect the plate to be cleaned properly before being used again. Manager did explain training two new chefs. It got worse. Forgotten drinks order, no cutlery, no ice cream for kids, more forgotten cutlery. Been to and loved zizzis in Glasgow so was looking forward to this but we will not be returning. Appreciate the staff were nice and everyone has off days. But definitely more staff training needed here. Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1 Meal type: Dinner

Great food and staff found us a table even though we had not booked. Quite noisy but not a problem for us. Food and beverages were delicious. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4 Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £30–40 Recommendation for vegetarians: Highly recommend Vegetarian offerings: Clearly labelled vegetarian dishes

We recently visited the Inverness branch showed to our seats by the FOH staff no problem ordered our drinks then after a short while ordered our food , we could see in the open kitchen the cook making the pizzashad food in his hands and was constantly rubbing his face then putting the food onto the pizza, after that we then saw a different member off the kitchen staff dipping into the food and repeatedly eating it . After seeing that we went to cancel our order and pay for our drinks the FOH staff said we didn't have to pay for our drinks
