It is the 5th year in a row I pass a week in Prague with 100 students and we are based at Zlata Lyra for dinner every night. I can't rate their food 5 stars as we ask just for cheap menus from them through our travel agency but I can ensure you that they are a highly competent team of waitress with language skills Tomas speaks good English and Katerina fluent Spanish. Their concern about the alimentary issues from our students is absolute and we will not change restaurant while we keep on going to Prague for our school trip. If you are a tour operator planning a trip to Prague with a big group consider asking a quote to them!! Dietary restrictions: They are very efficient at planning alternative choices for our students. We never had an issue there in many years. I was there as part of a school trip and the food was not quality. A dry piece of meat with a really bad sauce, accompanied by 4 microwaved potatoes and jarred peas and carrots. Not a bad meal but shameful for a business called a "restaurant". The service, however, is normal. Addition: The dessert was disastrous and SHAMEFUL go to McDo get a McFlurry and AVOID this address.
