We recently went to Zmaczeni in Rzaska, been to those place dozens and dozens of times and various other stores they have. Been a very loyal customer of theirs for years, but this recent visit was extremely unpleasant. I ordered my favorite french toast and lady went to take it off the try and as she was about to place it into the bag she dropped it on the floor, she picked it up quickly and placed it into the bag. I noticed that she dropped it and asked her if toast was dropped on the floor, her response was “it was on the floor for a micro second”. I was absolutely stunned. I said to the lady that i dont want that toast, she took it out of the bag and placed it back on the shelf to be sold to someone else. I said to her that should go into the trash, she just kept looking at me and did not respond. I have noticed in the past year that many new workers are working at Zmaczeni, its not like before you would see familiar faces. I am sure they got the good training, however what this lady did is completely unacceptable! Service: 1
