Service was great 5 out of 5 but very picky about mexican food as my heritage I rate lots of mexican (see bio) and this was food assembled like Mexican but missing too many specific spices for the price point. For example the red sauce on the enchiladas was more like a marinara w/ too much tomato flavors and not enough chile (not saying that it has to be very spicy but other notes that chili flavor give were not there at all so tastle like spaghetti sauce). The mocajete had a good cheese on them but still lacking all the flavors, spices and juices needed to be called a mocajete and the meats were not as tender and just assembled in a mocajete but not the real deal. I gave atmosphere a 2 because I had to account for how bad the seating was. Choose chairs the blue fluffy seats sink way down like too soft pillow and was very uncomfortable to eat so much lower than the table and we are not a short so started off the meal uncomfortable. Guacamole was good but no spice to it but good, other salsa good too. I assume they are making the food for tourist so skipping on spicy but doesn't mean you have to skip so much other great flavors in mexican food. Expect about 25 $US dollars per person w/ food and drinks so for that price food and seating needs to be better, location and parking 5 star. . Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₡15,000–20,000

Food and drinks were excellent! We had tacos carne alambre y pastor, queso fundido - all delicious. For drinks, we loved the horchata with mezcal and tamarind cantarito. Nice decor and vibes too. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Price per person: ₡15,000–20,000 Parking space: Plenty of parking
