We had few times breakfast there, one time lunch, i did live the breakfast more, so tasty, high quality ingredients, and so authentic. I did like the lunch as well but i tried only koshari so cant give full feed back on lunch menue. People very nice, atmosphere is beautiful so egyptian Meal type: Lunch Price per person: KWD 1–5

Amazing. I love the music, the funky Egyptian decorations, lights and colors. I My favorite order is the egyptian pastry (mishaltet) whether plain or stuffed. It’s must try for anyone who visits Zooba! Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: KWD 1–5 Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5

Disappointing service at a long-time favorite Zooba has always been my favorite Egyptian restaurant, but my experience at the Sharq branch this morning was honestly unacceptable. My wife and I sat at our table for over 15 minutes without a single staff member acknowledging us. I personally asked for someone to take our order four different times, yet we were consistently ignored. I even had to go and find a menu myself just to get things moving. After waiting for a total of 15 minutes with zero service, we finally had to give up and leave. It is very disheartening to see such a lack of organization and basic hospitality at a place I usually hold in high regard. I hope management takes note of the service standards during the breakfast shift, as this was a very poor experience. Updated: Had an amazing experience with the team at Zooba. Although there were some initial hiccups, the way the manager, Akhter, handled the situation was world-class. He and the chef in command both took the time to apologize and ensure I was satisfied. Akhter went above and beyond, refusing to let me pay the bill and making me feel like a valued regular. His attitude and service are exactly why people keep coming back—he makes you feel at home. Huge thanks to the team for the excellent service and for showing how much they value their guests. Definitely a 5-star experience! Meal type: Breakfast Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
