Zoom is pretty near River Ness. The truth is that you will really enjoy nicely cooked fish. At this fast food, you can order food as a takeaway. It's a pity, the staff is annoying as most guests note. According to the visitors' opinions, Zoom is well known for its downscale service. According to most visitors' point of view, food isn't worth the moderate prices here. The appalling atmosphere does not attract users. Google users haven't given this place a high rating.

If I could give no stars I would,we ordered fish and when we received it the batter was raw,chips were soaked in oil, food was not edible and milk running from batter. Customer service was extremely awful when we called to explain and owner yelled and screamed down phone at us Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £10–20

Ordered a Large Kebab and chips. The Kebab meat arrived stone cold with the consistency of rubber, the pitta bread was tiny, hard and wafer thin and to add insult to injury NO CHIPS. What an absolute joke, AVOID. Phoned and asked for a refund but they insisted in sending out the same substandard muck again. Please Highland Council Just Shut This Place Down Immediately. Zoom Are The Worst Takeaway Anywhere In Inverness,Thank Goodness I Have Never Ever Tried Ordering From This Place. No Wonder Why It Is So Cheap,It's Because The Food Is Terrible,And This Takeaway Keeps Poisoning Customers. There Are Way Better Places To Go. About Time This Place Gets Shut Down. It Did Used To Be Very Good When It First Opened Around 1998,But Now Over The Following 15 Years Between 1998 And 2013,The Quality Steadily Dropped. No Wonder Why Nobody Orders From This Takeaway,Is Because The Food Is Absolutely Disgusting And Makes People Throw Up. Let's Hope This Place Gets Shut Down Permanently,As It Definitely Does Not Need To Be Here Whatsoever. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
