Was craving Zoup today. Restaurant was not packed and 4 employees. Stood at the soup line to order for over 5 mins with no acknowledgement. 2 of the employees were working the other 2 were standing at register talking. I'm 6'4" so it's not like they couldn't see me. Will NOT return. I was

A sandwich and soup cost me 12 dollars. Asked for a try 2 I was not expecting that cost! I don't think it was worth it.

I enjoy Zoup! I've never had an issue with any wait times, have always had friendly staff help! I love their salads and have had about every soup they offer, and have always been 100% satisfied! It's always been clean each time I've been here.
